Mass Telecom Innovations emerges top loser as NASD USI declines 2.1% w-o-w

Mass telecom Innovations Plc. emerged the highest loser at the NASD OTC Market for the week ended 14th September 2018 with a 10 percent decline recorded in its share price which closed at 45 kobo per share.

The stock alongside Cappa D’Alberto, Friesland Campina Wamco Nigeria Plc and the Central Securities Clearing System Plc which dropped 8.63 percent, 7.90 percent and 0.61 percent to close at N34, N142.3 and N13.08 respectively led to a 2.1 percent decrease in overall market metrics of unlisted securities measured by the NASD USI.

Consequently, the OTC closed at 698.16 points as against 712.76 points previous Friday, while its total market capitalization depreciated closing lower at N472.47 billion compared to N482.35 billion one week ago.

The NASD recorded a lone gainer for the week which was Niger Delta Exploration and Production Plc. The stock grew 12.06 percent to N170 from N151.71 it previously closed.
