Afromedia Plc appoints Olufemi Olaiya executive director

Afromedia Plc has appointed Olufemi Sunday Olaiya executive director and chief operating officer of its media business.

In a notification to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the company said in accordance with its articles of association, it has appointed Olufemi Sunday Olaiya as the executive Director/C.O.O media business units of the company to replace S.O.S Nwachukwu, the group executive director, shared services who resigned effective December 16, 2017.

“While the Board is yet to meet to ratify appointment and resignation of Mr. Olaiya and Mr. Nwachukwu respectively, it is expected to do so at its next board meeting scheduled for Q1 2018,” the notice said.
